These terms govern the sales of products by Upheaver OÜ (seller/ we) to the customer (buyer/ purchaser/ you) on our website


Our products can be ordered via our website:

Shortly after the completing the payment for the order, you will receive an email to the email address indicated in the billing address section of the order form with purchase confirmation and sales invoice.

After your order is picked up by the shipping company, you will receive the tracking code and will be able to track your order being delivered.

Prices and shipping fees

All the base prices of the products on our store are indicated in Euros.

The base prices of our products and shipping fees are displayed in net amounts separately. Any applicable discounts are subtracted from net subtotal amount. VAT (sales tax) is calculated on subtotal net amount of base prices plus shipping fees and discount.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on delivery destination during the purchase process. We offer free shipping on heavy parcels (1-4 boxes of six bottle pack) to customers in EU, Switzerland and Norway.

Product prices and shipping fees may be modified by us at any time and for whatever reason without prior notice.

We only ship to one address per one online order.

Payment methods

You may pay for your order by one of the following payment methods:

  • PayPal account and it’s available funding methods (credit cards, venmo, etc.)
  • Debit and Credit cards via PayPal’s guest checkout
  • Cryptocurrencies (we accept Bitcoin and 30+ altcoins)

Please refer to PayPal terms and conditions on their payment services website for full conditions for payments with them.

All Crypto transactions are final and irreversible. Please carefully check if you are inputting correct address and payment amount.

We do not accept checks, money orders or cash on delivery payment methods.


Goods are shipped to the following countries: European Union countries, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Israel, Japan, Canada, US.

The orders are processed within 2 working days from the date of order payment confirmation and delivered as soon as possible to the delivery address given in the order.

The products are carefully packed with sufficient amount of protective material by logistics company professionals to ensure the delivery of products in perfect condition. Shipment is made via post parcel machines or courier. Please make sure that your provided delivery address is correct and ensure that there will be someone to pick the order up. Please make sure you have provided correct mobile phone number. Mobile phone number is necessary for courier to contact you and arrange delivery or SMS to be sent informing you about the parcel machine terminal place and order pickup instructions. If you have placed an order and received an email confirming your purchase, in which you noticed any mistakes in the delivery address, please contact us at [email protected] to correct them as soon as possible.

Products delivered to countries outside the European Union may be subject to custom clearance, import taxes or other fees imposed by destination country. The additional cost such as duties, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer ordering. We are not responsible for any of these extra cost. International orders outside the EU are at your own risk. If an order is not delivered because of Custom regulations and in case customs confiscates the order, the seller cannot be held liable for that. We suggest that you check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order on our e-store.

Right of withdrawal

The customer shall have the right of withdrawal from the sales agreement entered into with e-store by notifying the Seller in writing via email [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery day of the goods. (Depending on the product, the purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the Law of Obligations Act.)

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal person.

To exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods, you must first notify us via e-mail [email protected] by sending customer’s full name, date of order, order number within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the products returned must be unopened, unused, sealed, in their original packaging and undamaged. If the packaging of food products was opened, the goods may not be returned due to health and hygiene considerations.

If the goods packaging have been breached or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, or the product has lost its appearance of sale, the seller has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order, for example, if the product sent was defective.

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the seller about the wish to withdrawal or submit evidence that the goods were handed to the shipping company within the aforementioned period.

After receiving the returned goods the seller shall return all of the payments received from the purchase no later than in 14 days. The seller has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

The seller has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

The seller has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction for various circumstances. In that case, the seller will return the total amount of money paid by the customer immediately after notifying the customer about the withdrawal from the sale and not later than 14 days.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a customer about the online store can be e-mailed to [email protected] within 14 days from delivery of the order. If the customer and the seller are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser. A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
