Fish fillet is a quick and light meal which has a simple pure taste. You can use any of the popular or your favourite white fish fillet like cod, bass, snapper, grouper or any other kind. If desired it can be combined with salad or any other garnish.
Easy Fish Fillets With Olive Oil And Lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets (any kind like cod, bass, snapper, grouper)
  • 2-3 fresh lemon slices
  • 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of crushed black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle the fish fillets with olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper.

Step 2

Pre-heat the oven to 170 °C. Add the fish to the baking tray lined with baking sheet and roast for 15-20 min until the fish is tender (The roasting time depends on the thickness of the fillet).

Step 3

Add some extra olive oil on top for flavor and serve it with lemon slices.
